RESET
Get honest about where you are right now. Clear the noise, name the feeling and choose one intention you can actually carry through the day.
Upcoming product from The Recovery Diary
A planner for rebuilding your life one intentional day at a time.
Most planners only ask what you have to do. This one also asks how you feel, what you want, what motivates you and whether the plans you are following still belong to the life you actually want.
In development. Not for sale yet. The interactive version is free to try while we build it.

RESET. REBUILD. REASSESS.
ONE
Get honest about where you are right now. Clear the noise, name the feeling and choose one intention you can actually carry through the day.
TWO
Turn intention into structure. One important thing each week, four action steps, and a check off that shows the week is genuinely done.
THREE
Look back once a month. Keep what works, drop what does not, and decide what you are ready to leave behind and what you are ready to build.
Every day starts with your state, not your task list. Naming how you feel and how you want to feel changes the decisions you make for the rest of the day.
Motivation, ambition and intention sit on the same page as your priorities, so the small tasks stay connected to something bigger.
Once a month you check whether your goals are still yours. Plans that no longer fit get changed on purpose instead of quietly abandoned.
Money awareness, self care and boundaries live inside the planner, because rebuilding a life is never only a scheduling problem.
One page per day. Date and day, how you feel, how you want to feel, your intention, what motivates you, your ambition, three priorities, meetings and appointments, and one thing you will do for yourself. The evening reflection closes the day with four questions: what went well, what was difficult, what you learned and what you are proud of.
One page per week. You name the ONE IMPORTANT THING you need to accomplish to move your life forward, why it matters to you, and four action steps. A weekly check off shows your completion state. Then you look back: how you felt, your biggest challenge, what gave you energy, what drained you, what you learned about yourself and what you want to carry into next week.
One page per month. Where am I now, how do I feel about my life right now, my biggest achievement, what did not work, what am I avoiding, what has changed, what do I want more of and what do I want less of. The monthly reassessment then asks whether your goals are still important to you, sets three priorities for next month, and names one thing to leave behind and one thing to build.
A twelve month vision, your values, a life areas check in across health, relationships, career, money, home, personal growth and fun, goals broken into realistic action steps, a simple habit tracker, a money reset, a self care menu with boundaries, and open notes and reflection pages.
The interactive planner is already live. Everything you write is saved in your own browser, and every page is built for printing later.
